SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

1. Delivery times

As from confirmation of the order by LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE, and in the event that the Product is in stock, the Product (s) ordered will be sent to the Customer within three (3) working days. This period may be delayed because of an event caused by a third party not attributable to LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE.
The indicative delivery time, from the dispatch date is generally between 1 and 6 working days. These times are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault, or due to force majeure.

If you need help, the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE Customer Service Department is at your disposal on +33 (0)1 49 24 90 98 – Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (17:00 on Fridays), or by e-mail at contact@labruneetlablonde.com.

2. Delivery charges

The Products ordered on the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE E-store will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of your order by parcel post or by courier service. Delivery charges are indicated at the time of order and their amount depends on the Product ordered. Delivery charges are free of charge for all orders over 500€.

3. Delivery zones

LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE will deliver the Products ordered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within the limit of the geographical areas mentioned on the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE on-line Boutique: France and European Union countries.
For deliveries outside this zone, the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE Customer Service Department is available on +33 (0)1 49 24 90 98 from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (17:00 on Fridays), or by e-mail at contact@labruneetlablonde.com.

4. Return and exchange policy

Each LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE e-boutique customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return one or more Products, at their own risk and expense, without having to justify the reason.
The returned Product must be:
– new, i.e. it must never have been worn (a piece of jewelry that has been worn has scratches that need to be repolished),
– with its certificate of authenticity and its original packaging (gift box, box, instructions, etc.) also in perfect condition,
– accompanied by its purchase invoice (or a copy in case of partial return).
LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE will not accept returns if the Product shows any signs of wear and tear, if it has been used or if it is not in its original condition.

If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended until the first following working day at midnight.
In the event of a late return (beyond the 14-day period from receipt of your order), the return will be refunded in the form of a credit note and a fee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the order will be retained.

Only Products purchased on the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE online Boutique can be returned or exchanged via the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE online Boutique.

Products that have been modified or trimmed cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refunds

As soon as the returned Product(s) have been received, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE undertakes to reimburse all sums paid corresponding to the returned Product(s), except for additional costs in the event that the Customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE. This refund is made using the same means of payment as that used to pay for the order.

DIAMOND INFORMATION

 

All LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds are natural diamonds.
Their colour varies from F to G while purity goes from VS2 to SI1.
Given the brand’s concept of “THE NUDE DIAMOND”, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE is very attached to the quality of its diamonds but also to their naturalness.

The diamonds purchased by LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE comply with the Kimberley Process, which establishes strict trade rules between signatory countries and bans regions where diamond trafficking contributes to the financing of armed conflict. LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds come from legitimate sources not involved in the financing of armed conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions.
LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE therefore certifies that its diamonds:
– are “conflict free”,
– have not been treated or artificially improved,
– are not synthetic diamonds.

In an exemplary and transparent approach, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE natural diamonds are purchased from RJC certified diamond dealers. The RJC is a certifying organization created to promote responsible ethical, environmental and working conditions practices within the diamond (and precious metal) jewelry supply chain.
As RJC certified members, these diamond dealers are committed to integrating ethical, social, environmental and human rights considerations into their daily activities.

Correspondence between diamond weight and diameter

The carat (ct) is the unit of weight of a diamond (not to be confused with the unit of weight used for the title of gold which is the karat (18kt – 9kt …). Nevertheless, to give you a more precise idea of the size of the natural brilliant cut diamonds (round) that we present in our different collections, you will find below a table showing the weight of our diamonds and their approximate diameter.

For information, one carat is equivalent to one fifth of a gram, i.e., 0.2 grams.

If this criterion makes it possible to define a part of the value of a natural diamond, it cannot do it alone, there are the 3 other C’s: Colour, Clarity and Cut! This is why two stones of the same weight do not always have the same price.

2. Certificate of authenticity

All “LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE” jewels are sold with a certificate of authenticity.

Such certificate guarantees the 18-karat gold title and the quality and naturalness of our diamonds, which is essential for the rendering of our creations: their colour varies from F to G and their purity from VS2 to SI1.

These two criteria are essential to our NUDE DIAMOND concept as they are the keys to our stones’ beauty and brilliance.

 

3. How to choose the right ring size?

LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE rings are available in sizes 48, 50, 52, 54 and 56. However, like all our other jewelry, our rings are made in France and other sizes can be made on request, so do not hesitate to contact us!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Your jewelry needs care and attention to keep its luster. Here we offer you some precious advice to keep them looking beautiful for a long time.

 

1. Precautions for use

Like all precious jewels, a jewel “LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE” in 18kt gold with diamonds or coloured stones is delicate and must be treated with care.

A few gestures and precautions will enable you to preserve the beauty and radiance of your jewel:

– When you wear it, avoid shocks with other jewelry or objects to limit scratches and avoid damaging the stones or altering the appearance of the gold.

– Do not hesitate to remove your jewelry when you are doing sports, doing household chores or gardening.

– After wearing your jewel, store it carefully and individually in its case to protect it from shocks and scratches.

– Repeated contact with detergents can damage gold or stones. Some cosmetics can also be harmful if they are in contact with your jewel for long periods of time. If this happens, use clear water to rinse it off and then a soft cloth to wipe it off.

– We recommend that you check the clasp before wearing your jewel: if you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us, come to our showroom or go to one of our authorized retailers with the authenticity card of your jewel in order to carry out a check.

 

2. Care instructions

To maintain its shine, your jewel must be cleaned regularly.

To do this, we recommend using liquid soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove small dirt with warm water without damaging it.

In case of doubt, please contact one of our authorized distributors.

 

3. Services SAV services

We recommend you to have your jewel checked every year or every two year maximum to ensure that the stones are still properly set.
