What are the shipping times?

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number of the package.
Your package is usually delivered within 1 to 6 business days (average indicative timeframe). For deliveries within metropolitan France, you generally receive your package within 24 hours from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
What should I do if I haven’t received the order confirmation email or the shipping confirmation email?

What is the amount of the delivery fee?
The delivery fees are indicated in the shopping cart during the checkout process. They amount to €20 including tax and are currently waived for orders totalling €500 or more.
In which countries can I have my order delivered?
We offer delivery to France and all countries within the European Union. For delivery outside of this zone, please contact Customer Service by email at contact@labruneetlablonde.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
How can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify the delivery and billing details, as well as the products ordered, by contacting Customer Service by email at contact@labruneetlablonde.com.
Shipped or delivered orders cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you have the option to return your order.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
For any exchange or refund, the jewellery must not have been worn. They must be returned in their original box, along with their certificate of authenticity and the invoice.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to request a refund and 30 days to request an exchange. For more information, please contact Customer Service by email at contact@labruneetlablonde.com or refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Can I return or exchange a special order or custom-made order?
Special orders (modified products, resized items, or items made according to a specific customer request) cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the quality of LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds?
All LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds are natural diamonds.
Their colour ranges from F to G, and their clarity ranges from VS2 to SI1.
Given the brand’s concept of “NUDE DIAMOND”, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE places great importance on the quality and naturalness of its diamonds. The diamonds purchased by LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE comply with the Kimberley Process, which establishes strict trade rules among participating countries and bans regions where diamond trafficking contributes to the financing of armed conflicts. LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds come from legitimate sources not involved in the financing of armed conflicts and are in compliance with United Nations resolutions.
Therefore, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE certifies that its diamonds:
– Are “conflict-free”,
– Have not been treated or artificially enhanced,
– Are not synthetic diamonds.
In a commitment to exemplarity and transparency, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE natural diamonds are purchased from RJC-certified diamond traders. RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) is a certification organization created to promote responsible practices in terms of ethics, environment, and working conditions within the diamond jewellery supply chain (as well as precious metals).
As certified RJC members, these diamond traders commit to integrating ethical, social, environmental, and human rights considerations into their daily activities.
What does the carat of a diamond correspond to?
The carat (ct) is the unit of weight for diamonds (not to be confused with the unit used for the purity of gold, which is karat, such as 18kt, 9kt, etc). However, to give you a more precise idea of the size of the round brilliant-cut natural diamonds presented in our different collections, below is a table listing the weights of our diamonds and their approximate diameters.

While Carat weight is a factor in determining the value of a natural diamond, it cannot be the sole determining factor. There are three other Cs to consider: Color, Clarity, and Cut. This is why two stones of the same weight may not always have the same price.
