How do I create an account on the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE website?

Creating an account on our website allows you to consult the history of your purchases, the status and tracking of your order, update your personal information, etc.

You can create an account directly when validating your order, or at any time by clicking on the "my account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the website.

How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter at any time by entering your e-mail address at the bottom of the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE website and ticking the "I agree to receive marketing e-mails and special offers" box.

You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Delivery / shipping

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been confirmed on the LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE online store, your products are generally dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days).

What are the delivery times?

Once your order has been entrusted to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number.

Your parcel is usually delivered between 1 and 6 working days (average delivery time).

For deliveries in mainland France, you will generally receive your parcel within 24 hours of receiving the shipment confirmation e-mail.

What should I do if I haven't received the order confirmation e-mail or the shipping confirmation e-mail?

If you created an account when you placed your order, you can check the status of your order by logging on to your personal space. If you have any questions regarding the receipt of your order, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at adv@labruneetlablonde.com.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are indicated in the basket when the order is confirmed. They amount to 20€ and are currently free for all orders over 500€.

What countries can I have my order delivered to?

We offer delivery in France and all European Union countries. For delivery outside this zone, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at adv@labruneetlablonde.com.

Order cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify the delivery and billing details and the products ordered, or cancel your order and obtain a refund by contacting Customer Services by e-mail at adv@labruneetlablonde.com.

Orders shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you may return your order.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

For any exchange or refund, the jewel(s) must not have been worn.
They must be returned in their original case, with their certificate of authenticity and the invoice. From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to request a refund and 30 days to request an exchange.

My order is a special order or was custom-made. Can I return or exchange it?

Special orders (products modified, sized or made to a particular customer request) cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the quality of LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds?

All LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds are natural diamonds. Their color ranges from F to G and their clarity from VS2 to SI1. Given the brand's concept of "LE DIAMANT NU", LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE is committed to the quality of its diamonds, as well as their naturalness.

The diamonds purchased by LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE respect the Kimberley Process, which establishes strict trade rules between signatory countries and bans regions where diamond trafficking helps finance armed conflict. LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE diamonds therefore come from legitimate sources not involved in financing armed conflict, and in compliance with United Nations resolutions.

LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE therefore certifies that its diamonds :

  • are conflict-free,
  • have not been treated or artificially enhanced,
  • and are not synthetic diamonds.

In a spirit of exemplarity and transparency, LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE natural diamonds are purchased from RJC-certified diamantaires. The RJC is a certifying organization created to promote responsible practices in terms of ethics, the environment and working conditions within the diamond jewelry supply chain (but also in precious metals).

As RJC-certified members, these diamantaires are committed to integrating ethical, social, environmental and human rights considerations into their daily activities.

What is the carat of a diamond?

The carat (ct) is the diamond's unit of weight (not to be confused with the karat used for gold (18kt - 9kt ...). However, to give you a more precise idea of the dimensions of the brilliant-cut (round) natural diamonds we present in our various collections, you will find below a table showing the weights of our diamonds and their approximate diameters.

One carat is equivalent to one-fifth of a gram, i.e. 0.2 grams.
Although this criterion defines part of the value of a natural diamond, it cannot do so on its own. There are the other 3 Cs: Colour, Clarity and Cut! That's why two stones of the same weight don't always command the same price.

Where is LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE jewelry made?

Since 2011, we have been creating jewelry entirely made in France, guaranteeing our customers optimum quality and responsiveness. In 2023, with this objective in mind, we acquired DREMA, a jewellery workshop located in Valence in the Drôme region, where our master craftsmen work with talent: working with gold demands precision, attention and rigour at every moment. This know-how is reflected in each and every one of our pieces.

Today more than ever, it's up to us to support French manufacturing to maintain our jobs and our precious know-how. LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE is deeply attached to this commitment, which has been at the heart of the brand since its creation, and is part of its DNA.

What is the purpose of a certificate of authenticity? What does it guarantee?

All LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE jewels are sold with a certificate of authenticity.
This certificate attests to the gold grade (750‰), quality and naturalness of our diamonds, essential to the rendering of our creations: their color varies from F to G and their purity from VS2 to SI1.

As the concept of LA BRUNE & LA BLONDE is bare diamonds, these two criteria are paramount and guarantee an optimal rendering to all our jewels.
